I have enjoyed nature and travel photography for many years but only in the last few years it became an important part of my life. Photography was and is for me like meditation/ escape through some difficult years.
The last birthday present I received from Willy, my late husband, was a Nikon Coolpix camera. In order to learn how to use the manual options I took classes at Glendale Community College and it opened doors to new friendships.
My "passion" is in the aesthetics and not so much into the technicality of photography.
For the last 7 years I had the opportunity to participate in un-judged art exhibits twice a year through my work at USC:
My first recognition- got 3rd place in an on-line competition :
Once I retire my goal is to develop photography as a "second career".
